Here's how I think and what I'm looking for, in case it's useful: The best designers ship. Writing is a design skill. Tools change but craft doesn't. And the strongest teams are the ones that have been together long enough to disagree well.

What I'm looking for: a senior product design role at a team that thinks similar things. The kind of place where the same people are still around five years from now.
